No Redzone
Redzone not working 3 weeks now. Streaming app works but not through cable box. Spent hours on phone with tech support last week just for it to happen again. They supposedly fixed the problem by sending signals to the box. It did work for a while. Apparently it was only temporary.

Thank you for reaching out @user_bjrefn I am sorry to hear about Redzone not working. Can you tell me what is going on when you try to watch? Is it freezing, choppy, a blank screen?
