No Programming on Certain Channels

My cable lineup shows I should have the following channels, but when I tune to them there is no programming:

1440 SUNHD SundanceHD
1639 MTV2D MTV2 HD
1702 NJRHD Nick Jr. HD

I have a Tivo and cable card. I can watch these channels on Xfinity Stream.

Please advise.
