No more Newsmax & Family?

What happened to Newsmax and the Hallmark Family station? Both now require a subscription. We are paying $281.00 per month and all you do is take away stations we watch! Time to cut the cord!

I was watching Hallmark Family yesterday and today it requires a subscription.  Comcast prices are outrageous and the service is getting worse. My internet is in and out during the day.  I agree, it's time to cut the cord.

its [Edited: "Language"] that they removed it! i pay almost $300 a month and they remove newsmax and halmark!! [Edited: "Political"]
!! [Edited: "Political"]. they want to make [Edited: "Political"]. i have a little cable box that i pay $150 a year on, that i can get it. its not the end of the world but we want it on regular TV!!!

If you are still experiencing the issue where you see the subscription message, please try these steps if you are using an Xfinity TV Box. 

 

1. Press the A button on your remote control to access the Help Menu.
2. Press the OK button to select the Restart title.
3. Press the OK button again to select Restart.
4. It may take a few moments for the TV Box to restart.

 

If you use the Xfinity Stream App to view your TV content, please log out, uninstall the Xfinity Stream App, and then reinstall the app. You will be prompted to log back in. If the app is still not working for you after doing that, please let us know.

I agree!  We keep losing channels but there is nothing for us in it.  We do not, maybe, get to pick a different channel to take its' place or get a discount for less service.  Seems like Corporate America wins again.  Maybe we should go on strike from watching TV to get what we deserve, I believe it is called common decency and fairness.  I know it will never happen though, as people have become so used to getting things immediately and can't live without them.  Thanks from a customer of 43 years who pays their bill on time every month!

JohnC1965 Thanks for reaching out with your viewing concern. This happened to many of our customers, and a system refresh fixed it for most of them. Have you been able to get this done, and get the network working again for you?
