No MASN!!!!
Unbelievable! When I switched plans MASN was included in the package. I even asked the representative to make sure it was included. Imagine my surprise when I went to watch the ballgame and it wasn't included. Now, if I want to watch, I have to pay even more money and change plans again! You need to offer better discounts to your loyal customer rather then just new customers. Oh and no more discount for having Xfinity mobile unless I want to add an additional phone that isn't needed. CRAZY!
