No longer have Travel channel

I had the travel channel now it seems it's no longer on my channels even though I still have the 140+ plan. When I'm in the offers section it shows it that's it's still a 140+ channel. Only thing I changed in my plan was took off HBO and voice. What gives? Anyone else have similar problems?
