NHL Network Games Blackout.
Over the past seven days, three games that I wanted to watch, which the NHL Network had been advertising heavily, were not shown. Instead, alternative programming was shown. My brother lives in Boston (Comcast), several friends who live in Chicopee, MA (Spectrum), and my cousin, who lives in New York City, were able to see all of those games. It makes no sense for Comcast to black out my home in Monson, MA (170 miles from New York City).
I pay extra to get the NHL Network, and I find it doubly frustrating that every other advertised game on the NHL Network was carried except for my New York Rangers games on Sunday, 09/21, Tuesday, 09/23, and Thursday, 09/25.
I have another chance on 09/29, New York Rangers vs. New York Islanders. If that game is blacked out, I will cancel all premium services with Comcast and sign up with my Amazon Fire account (HBO-Max, etc.). At minimum, I deserve an explanation of why I am being denied the content that I pay for.

The obvious answer is, somebody at Xfinity thinks you live in the New York Rangers home market instead of the Boston Bruins one. I assume the ZIP code on your billing address is, or is close to, 01057 (which is for Monson Town Hall)? NHL.com says this is is definitely in the Bruins market.

Hey there, @JackieP1 How are you attempting to view the games? Is it through the Xfinity cable box or through a streaming service? Games that are blacked out on national televised services are meant to be viewed by the regional sports networks which are protected by broadcasters rights for in-market games. We do not have any hand in those arrangements and how they are conditioned. Have you attempted to view the games on your local stations?
