NHL Center Ice Program Guide Information Not Loading

I am a subscriber of Center Ice.  5 days ago my issue started.  The channels are listed in my guide but anytime a live game is being played the guide has a message "program info not available".  I can watch the games live as they are happening but I can not record games or set up future recordings.  I spent time on the phone with customer service they reset the box several times nothing fixed the issue.  All other channels are working fine.

I am having the same issue: I went on chat & after 15 minutes of describing the situation and them trying to sell me apple watches for only 10 dollars per month after I politely stated 3 times in chat no thank you, I just disconnected and tried again and another person told me, I see you were speaking with so and so I will reconnect you and I said no and hung up, then I called and spoke to Frank, somewhere in southeast asia and he told me to rest easy, all would be taken care of and he commenced to restart my modem, I lost count at 5 times and I simply hung up and left and now, three hours later, same issue. It is frustrating because I know a game is on and I can watch it but I can't check for future games. Now, it is odd and I am thinking it is an issue with Center Ice in that the number of teams effected has been as high as 14 and went down to 6 and now is back up to 14. It is annoying that you pay the fee to get it and now have to check ESPN to see who is playing instead of the Center Ice guide. My goal over the next 6 months is get rid of xfinity for good. Just need to set up generic emails so I can change my pension direct deposit information which includes email. UGH. The bigger they get the worse they get.

I'm having the same problem. But it's not just NHL Center Ice listings being missing, but Seattle Kraken listings have disappeared from KGW Portland. The games are on but no listings so you can't set up recording. Have to think it's a connected issue.

I’m having the same issue. Contacted Xfinity, which is more painful than simply banging my head against the wall; but just as productive. I believe it is another issue with the broadcast contacts: the same as Xfinity has with everyone else. They are trying to force us to buy the subscriptions that are more lucrative to them. How many services do I really need to watch a season of my favorite out of town team? I thought that was what center ice was all about.

Sorry for the inconvenience @user_pox0gt there is a known issue NHL Center Ice and NBA League Pass channels are showing "Program Info Unavailable" instead of the correct guide data. We're working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Same issue.  Some, but not all channels in my NHL center ice package not working.  Ivan watch all channels live, but can only record about half the games in the package.  Very frustrting

Same issues as reported above.  Xfinity says its a broadcasting issue and they are working to resolve it.  I hate paying for an add on package that I cant even use half the time.

Like others, I'm also having this problem. And spent a painfully long amount of time trying to get help. Ultimately, the Tier 2 support person I spoke to scheduled a visit for a technician to come to my home. Undoubtedly to try to swap boxes.

If this is a known issue then Xfinity needs to do a much better job getting that fact out to its customer support team. Especially when the script they rigidly follow includes the phrase "I can definitely help you". No, you can't.

Let me know if swapping out the boxes fix the issue.

I had a appointmnet scheduled for Tuesday, then the Tier 2 guy cancelled it because its a "broadcast issue"

How could it be an issue with the box when some/most of the guide is working?.I'm having the same issue but I think I was able to record a game using the on-screen guide by clicking on the channel on the left side of the guide and setting up a manual recording.  (It wouldn't work from my PC, though.)
