NHL Center Ice problems

I have been reading lots of posts/complaints about error XRE-03137 with trouble connecting. It has been happening several times a night to me trying to watch a game. 5 to 6 times screen going black missing 10 to 15 minutes of the game easily. I paid $70 for 4 months of games and this is unacceptable. Please fix this. Thank you.

Same problem plus my nhl center ice recordings disappear the following day and, No, they are not in the deleted folder. This has been happening for the past couple weeks.

Xfinity needs to reimburse for this issue!

Are you still experiencing these problems? A temporary solution of retrying the channel or tuning to the game opponents' channel has been recommended by our engineering team. Please let us know if this helps. Otherwise, we are aware and trying to improve your experience ASAP.

It’s still doing it and like everyone else on this thread, I’ve tried every suggested “fix” with no change. This is very frustrating when we’re paying extra for a service that hasn’t been working for several weeks now. Since Xfinity is aware of this issue, the best customer service solution would be for Xfinity to refund all that are paying for this service. We shouldn’t have to individually call and wait for hours on the phone and do unnecessary resets to no avail!

Made it thru the Rangers broadcast tonight on 3086 without a hiccup.  Checked the recording, no issues.  Let’s keep it going Xfinity!

Seems to be fixed now, 11-Jan and having no problems all games accessible and not 'black screens of death'. Thank you Xfinity!

I would love someone to explain to me how I am paying for nhl center ice that is supposed to show every game of the season. When I look at the nhl schedule on my computer (xfinity) and my tv the Dallas Stars vs LA Kings is not even on the schedule? When I am watching the score update on my phone. 

On the tv and computer when I go to 3076 which is the Dallas stars channel it only shows me the schedule for that night and this game is not even listed? 

This is not the first time this has happened, is a comcast problem or nhl center ice? someone is not doing their job on this one.

Some games are exclusive to other networks and will not show on NHL Center Ice. The Stars Kings game is on ESPN+ only.

Yes. Same thing happened to me in December. I was getting ready to watch Devils/Oilers and wasn't listed as being on 3084 the Devils channel. Found out it was exclusively on ESPN +. I was disappointed but what can I do? I don't think it's common though.
