NFL Redzone

I have the Xfinity Sports Package.  I used to get NFL Redzone in that package.  I tried using it for first time this year and it says it is no in my package.  I checked all the other sports channels in the package, including NFLN, and it is still there.  I called Xfinity customer service and was told that the NFL has made that a separate premium channel (another 10 bucks a month) on top of the sports package.  I would like confirmation that is the case, as I see nothing online that verifies that.  My friend has the same package and he still gets Redzone.  Again, I get all the other sports channels so it is something specific to Redzone.  And up to this year Redzone came with the same package.

user_idu6o8 thanks for reaching out and asking about the NFL Redzone. If I was under the impression I was getting it but wasn't I would be asking too. Here is a great link that talks about it: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/digital-cable-tv/sports/more-sports-entertainment-package We are happy to investigate your channel lineup and make sure you have it. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
