Thanks for the update that the issue has returned and for the error code, user_6fdn91. Have you tried sending a System Refresh? That fixes most XRE errors. That signal can be sent by saying "System Refresh" to the voice remote or by pressing the "A" button and going to the right to the System Refresh tile.
