NFL network is offline

I’m writing to express my displeasure of the NFL Network not being available, because Xfinity chose to stop broadcasting. This is a fundamental issue, with the non broadcast of a foundational channel. NFL training camp has started and important coverage is being missed.

How do we get a refund for this unforced error that Xfinity has made?
