NFL in Spanish
Had this problem for weeks on just 1 of 2 tv’s and only for NFL games. I just fixed it by mistake. With everything on I then pressed the All On red button on Comcast remote. Everything went off, TV and Cable Box. I then pressed the same All On red button and low and behold, everything came back on in English. IDK, SMH.

Welcome to the community @user_c2d4c8! Thank you for taking the time to share your solution on Xfinity Forums! It truly sounds like the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP) audio language was accidently changed on the box. I have personally had this happen and few times in my home. This link has some additional “tips and tricks” for changing the SAP on and off https://comca.st/3Af8HM7. We certainly appreciate your loyalty to Comcast.

I had this same problem with my TV and could not fix with my old style half size remote. So I used the remote (XR2) from another TV and pressed the red Xfinity button and made the audio adjustments needed. It worked.
