NewsNation being dropped

A message went across the screen that said Comcast Xfinity was dropping NewsNation.  [Edited: "Solicitation"].   That’s our favorite News source.

Do NOT drop NewsNation from the Comcast lineup. For what I pay for Comcast, the least they can do is offer options for news coverage in the form of a station that actually covers the news. Take away NewsNation, and I will cut the cord and cancel my cable, as well as get Internet through a competitor. It's bad enough that I am paying an OBSCENE amount for shoddy service that constantly cuts in and out, but to take away solid content on top of providing shoddy service pushed me too far.

Please keep NewsNation.  It has the most reliable news.  It is the best news station on Comcast.  Please keep it.  We need it.

Please Comcast do NOT drop NewsNation. I am a moderate, and am sick of the progressive Left on CNN and MSNBC and would never watch Fox News. I found my favorite News source and now that I've found it you're planning on taking it away? WHY? Why would you do that? Please do not take my news channel away!

I really appreciate having News Nation programing and would be very disappointed if Comcast did not find a way to reach agreement with News Nation.

Don't remove News Nation.  It is the only unbiased new station you provide.  We will be forced to look elsewhere for services.

Do not drop this unbiased news source, it is the only one that I watch.

Does anyone know what provider I can switch to if they drop it?

Who knows, might inadvertently save some money if Comcast drops NN.

@emanresuym Dish and Direct TV offer News Nation.  Comcast is also threatening to drop Fox 39

in Rockford in addition to News Nation.  My husband watches a lot of football on Fox 39 and I watch News Nation every night for Cuomo, Dan Abrams and Banfield.  We just may be switching to Dish if Comcast drops these two stations.

We do not want lose NewdNation as it is the best and highest quality cable news channel out there. The loss of this channel could force us to choose a different provider for broadcast and with the many streaming options out there we have choices.

Today(12/16/22), I see that you are also taking away WDAF TV which is a local Fox4 station.  Please do not drop this station too!  You are already talking about dropping News Nation.  Talk about censoring!!!

I added the app for NewsNation to my cell(different provider)so I will watch both Fox4 station and News Nation that way.

Wait til they cancel NewsNation, then you can go to HULU and get NewsNation and Disney+ for $9.99 a month.

@user_0e126d yep. If they do this I’m cutting my service and will just stream and use the app. Save myself a bunch of money too. $23 month for broadcast tv fee and $12 for regional sports fee (that I don’t even watch)? That doesn’t include the actual charge for cable. It’s too much much for what I’m getting out of it.

I can understand the frustrations you must be feeling, @user_e72f68,  and for that, I apologize!

If Comcast drops NewsNation I will drop Comcast. It’s the only unbiased source of news channel. I’m already fed up with the poor customer service, frequent outages, and now you want to drop my favorite news channel too?

I'm done if you drop NewsNation.

Do not call Comcast, they don't answer and when they answer is from India, so waste of time. I hope someone from Comcast is monitoring this chat. Does anyone have the phone number of the CEO or CFO or whatever? we need to call the main person directly or email.
