Your service now says that NewsMax requires a subscription.  Since when?  I never received a notification about this.  I called on Wednesday, was told there was an outage and it would be working by 8pm.  It still says I need a subscription.  What is this all about?  Why not notify your customers?  We pay a fortune for your service and now can’t watch what we want.  Trying to speak to someone is another story.  I had to go to corporate to get a live voice.  The AI support stinks.  Are you keeping us from watching .Conservative television? Time to cut the cord, I pay for channels I don’t want but have to because of the “packages”.  Why should I pay for channels I never watch?  Totally fed up.
