@EG​ that channel was always available to me until yesterday when they were working on the supply system and I was having connectivity problems, those were resolved but now Newsmax channel says it is unavailable

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Newsmax channel, this isn't the experience we want for you. I would like to ask a few questions regarding this issue. How do you view your tv service, are you using an X1 tv box or the Xfinity Stream app? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
