I called Comcast last week to find out why I can't get Newsmax 1115. After an hour on the phone, they said my boxes would have to be changed and that they would drop the new boxes off. Instead, they sent out technicians twice the next day and treated it as a service call - which I promptly cancelled. The techs said I would not need a new box to get Newsmax. I still don't have it. I've been complaining now for months. I believe my boxes are newer ones and not the so-called "legacy box". Can anyone help?
