Newsmax glitches

Newsmax is the only channel on our smart tv streaming app that glitches. It’s so frustrating!
What’s going on?

We apologize that you are experiencing an issue when attempting to watch Newsmax. When attempting to watch Newsmax are you doing so through your Xfinity television box, a Xfinity Flex device, on Xfinity Stream (app or website) or an app on your TV?

I watch Newsmax all day, and it keeps switching to other Newsmax programs, or commercials, then switches back after about five seconds (Yes, I timed it) this seems to happen more in the early hours of programming, other than later ones. I even watched other news outlets to see if it happened there as well, and it doesn't. This all started right around Christmas time, and I attributed it to people going on vacation, and programming put on Auto, ( if that's even possible ) but this is January 14th, and it is still happening. WHAT IS GOING ON? Is it the Democrats making sure we don't hear certain pieces of news? Is it CNN, ABC, CBS, ETC.,ETC.,ETC. trying to frustrate subscribers enough to make them STOP watching Newsmax, and switch to another news outlet? Is anyone else noticing this? No matter what, I will NOT stop watching Newsmax, until they take my remote from my cold, dead hands!

@user_c9a69f thanks for the additional details. I will make sure we find a solution.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it

 See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9r for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.
