NEW DVR BOX
I just swapped out my main DVR box. I can not seem to watch many of my normal channels. I get two different error codes when I try to change the channel...XRE-03121 which states that I made updates to my account and the changes may still be in progress. and XRE-03062 which states comcast is having trouble on their end. This channel is currently unavailable.
I did not do any real change to my account, only a new drv box. Usually it is plug in, set up and play. All I get is errrors.
Is this due to no back office techs to program my change to a new box? I have spokent to the foreign call center to no avail and they did not resolve my issue. What next?
