netflix

netflix drops out every few minutes. I've reset netflix, ran a system refresh, and reset modem / router still does not fix the problem. I can watch netflix on my phone and pad with no problem .  I can also watch it on by tv by using the smart tv's  netflix app, put its a pain to use. How do I get netflix to work on xfinity?
