NetFlix Account

I tried to set up NetFlix last night, and was only offered the option to link an account and do not have a NetFlix account. When I tried to enter a password, thinking maybe Comcast already set it up, it wouldn't take my Comcast password. I then selected the Reset password option and was sent an email in Arabic. What is going on?
