Need an Appointment for Technician to come to my home

I continue to call, go online and can not get an appointment for a service technician to come to my home.  This is insane.  I have now called on three different days, and have finally talked with 3 different people and only 1 of them was able to give some help with getting the equipment ordered.  I have tried the online system, and this is the worse service I have ever experience and I am 67 years old.... so there has been alot over the years.  

The AI system wants to troubleshoot, but you can't troubleshoot when the equipment needs to be set up.  Please give me an appointment date for a service technician to come to my home to install the new cable box to replace the damaged one, and to connect the new modem.  They were delivered on Friday.

Did you finally get through?  I have been trying since last night, I finally got a real person on the chat feature.  Its so frustrating.  I also need a tech. I hope they helped you.

It is truly insane trying to get a technician. I have been trying to get a technician to come out,  But all I get is, let's troubleshoot, which is not helping my problem.  I see the xfinity trucks everywhere,  but I can't get one to come and fix my issues. Not happy with xfinity right now, I wish there was another company that I could switch to and get good service.
