Nbcsn not working for live sports

I haven’t been able to watch live premier league football (soccer) in days, the live stream isn’t working, it’s on the Spanish channel but I have a blank screen on NBCSN

We have a great troubleshooting tool built into our Xfinity My Account app that works great in situations like this. Please follow the steps listed in the following article.
