NBCSN (Channel 723 in Bay Area) Horrible reception

NBCSN is absolutely unwatchable.  All live programming is pixilated and broken up.  How does the premier sports channel owned by Comcast have such poor reception.  As a Hockey and Motorsports fan, I am about to change providers.

Channels come in on different frequencies and something between the tap and your cable box is affecting the frequency of NBCSN. That’s how cable works. Check that all cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further

Did all that and it is specific to one channel, and I am not the only one who has noticed.  This is an NBCSN problem.  The same series of games when broacast on other NBC channels are fine.

Right, NBCSN and NBC are also on different frequencies. Get a tech out

That is not the problem.  Reception is crystal clear when they are in studio, at commercial breaks or airing something not live.  The problem is with their live feed of hockey games or other content.  It is ironic that this is happening on a Comcast owned channel.
