NBC picture freezing & audio goinobin Walterg in/out every few seconds. For what I pay every month this should not be happening! Also not happy that you dropped FOX!

That’s not the experience we want for you, and we’d be happy to help get this resolved. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App? Is NBC the only channel affected?
