nbc sports philadelphia

I was able to watch the Philadelphia Phillies on the NBC Sports app until recently.  Yesterday I "chatted" with a representative that said I should be able to log into through my Peacock add on and they were refreshing my signal to correct.  I am still unable to access.  No one has really been helpful. I even tried to add to pay for the add on to Peacock but it says I have to go through Xfinity but I still do not have the ability.  This is so frustrating.  Honestly thinking about cancelling service since this is so unreasonably difficult!
