NBC National News
Our X1 DVR will not record the NBC Nightly News. Our Guide in Seattle (KING 5) shows this program being broadcast at both 4:30 PM and 6 PM. Only the 6 PM broadcast is the actual national news. When I instruct the X1 to record the 6 PM Nightly News, however, it records only the 4:30 PM program. Despite my instruction Can anyone fix this? The only workaround is manual recording, but that's a one-time solution and cannot be set up as a recurring recording.

I have the exact same problem in Seattle with the xfinity guide for king 5. NBC national news is listed in the guide on my Xfinity DVR box at 4:30 and 6 on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because of this I can’t set a recording that picks up the NBC national news on those two days. It records the show at 4:30 and not the national news.
