NBC Freezing
NBC has frozen and is producing a static sound, with the picture repeatedly jumping.
Why does this happen, and how can it be fixed?
When you're paying this much for Xfinity service, you expect network channels to come in clearly and reliably. Network stations like NBC should not be experiencing these kinds of interruptions.

Thank you for reaching out @user_1ag8cd! Channel issues can definitely be frustrating when they interrupt programs you’re trying to watch. Are any other channels experiencing this issue? Does this happen on all cable boxes in the home? Is the Xfinity Stream app also having issues on NBC? Does this issue happen during commercial breaks?
