NBA League Pass on Remote Devices

I'm trying to watch NBA league pass through remote devices(phone, Roku, etc...) through my xfinity but it's saying I'm not subscribed to league pass. I can watch it fine through cable and my laptop on the website but can't on any app devices.

@user_4i7dw6 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Just to clarify, on your Roku you are using the NBA League Pass App and you are putting in your Xfinity Username and Password and you are not able to view content? Are you seeing an error message or error code?

@XfinityBenjaminM​ I'm putting my Xfinity account info there. It's operating as if I don't have league pass. It's just fine on my laptop though
