@user_70f3ea I’m not of aware of any known issues ,I checked mine and its displaying my city & surrounding cities , let have you try and hard reset your cable box by unplugging the power cord from the back of the tv box for 30 seconds, let it go through start up process then go back to the channels and see if its showing the correct location

Yes and also the every 8 minute one has full key west weather, not key largo…106 miles away
