My DVR is cutting off the last minutes of shows I record. How can I fix this?

@user_700fb0 - Greetings! I know I'd be reaching out too if my recording ended early. We can help with a few steps so you'll be able to enjoy the whole show! After setting up a recording with Xfinity X1, you have the ability to change the start or stop time of a recorded program by following these steps: 

1) Press the Xfinity button on the remote.

2) Use the arrow buttons on the remote to highlight Saved and press OK.

3) Highlight Scheduled and press OK.

4) Highlight the program to modify and press OK.

5) Highlight Record Options and press OK.

6) Highlight Modify and press OK.

7) Highlight Just this episode and press OK.

8) Highlight the Stop time and use the left or right arrow buttons to modify - select between 1, 5 or 30 minutes late (options for live programming - 30, 60 or 90 minutes late)

9) Highlight Confirm and press OK.

Also, is it every show on every channel? Some channels get their timing off slightly every now and then.
