My bill went up 10$ last month. This month you drop Starz from my package with no compensation.

My bill goes up 10$. Then you drop a 8.99$/mo service from my bill...but so now I'm paying more than ever, for less than ever.

 

What the heck Comcast? If you had at least dropped my bill to compensate, I wouldn't be so upset. But you upped my price, despite telling me it wouldn't go up for 2 years. Got a customer service rep who said my price was locked in and would not raise - at all, but it did, and now I lose Starz?
