My account and suspension
The payment arrangement originally and had to change the date due to the holiday and when my pay hit. I went to the Xfinity app through Xfinity assistant and spoke to a live agent in fact I did that twice. Now the date hasn't been changed my service is suspended and when I tried to call I'm told that you the security reasons I need to use the app I go to the app and I can't get the Xfinity but to give me a live person it just keeps saying the same thing over and over again. I need help immediately. Somebody dropped the ball on your end and I'm completely frustrated and angry over the entire situation hey how do you get you a person if the bot won't let you and the phone won't allow you to talk because of some security reason which I can't even begin to imagine. I've talked to you many people at Xfinity before and don't understand this recent problem. However I need to tell you that I'm ballistic about this entire thing. I need a response immediately and I need to be able to talk to it live agent as soon as possible
