Music Choice Channels not working
The Music Choice Channels are breaking up like a scratched record and the picture is getting lines and blocks. I can not listen to the music. For almost a year I have not been able to listen to Music Choice channels on my TV. I have had a new box installed and it has been refreshed multiple times. When I try to listen, I sometimes get the message that you are working on the connection but nothing ever happens. All other channels are fine. I want Xfinity TV for the music channels on my TV (not computer in my office) so this is a huge problem. The same problem exists on my 2nd TV in the basement workout area. There has been no change to the wiring inside my house. I have read that other users had to get you to fix the Xfinity box in the street utility pole and the cabling to their house. This may be the problem here. I definitely need proper technician assistance. I am paying a lot of money to not get 50% of what I want to use on the TV. Please schedule the appropriate technicians to make a call and do any repairs needed. Thank you.
