Music choice channels don’t work anymore

I have an error with Music Choice…already done all the usual steps…reboot, refresh, restarts, etc.

Contacted support but the issue has not been fixed. 2 weeks have passed. It took a guy in an xfinity truck to make a phone call last time this happened and it was fixed…
