music choice channel not working XRE 03062

Music choice channels are not working. It has error code XRE03062. Every other channel is ok. Connections are ok. My bill is up to date. It began on the 2nd of February, came back far a day, and stopped again. Troubleshooting is useless.

Thanks for reaching out, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-errorcode-xre-03062 has great information on possible steps you can remotely do to fix the XRE code issue.  Give those steps to try and see if that gives you access back to your music choice channels

It’s a system wide issue.  Was in my email and suddenly got 404 Gateway errors and then this: 

Error

The connection to remote server imap-east.ge.xtinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.

doesn’t work on phone or desktop.  Cleared cache, history, cookies etc - so it’s not individual devices, it’s an XFINITY issue!! Of course during the middle of the work day!

I'm having the same problems with all the music channels. Like you everything else is coming thru. How can this be fixed?

user_qz0d6g Since you started getting the error on the music channels, have you done a restart of the box to correct the issue?
