Music Choice app issue

I have been unable to access at least 2 channels on the Music Choice app for3 months. The bottom of the screen shows a message saying there's an error and try again later. I've checked connections, reset and unplugged the box and nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

@rgud I'm sorry to hear that and we can definitely help. Is there an error code with the error message? It may start with a few letters. Have you also tried restarting your modem if you also have internet services?

@XfinityShan​ there isn't a code. The entire message on the bottom of the screen is "! We ran into an error with that. Please try again" I've done a reset, unplugged the box for up to 15 minutes and checked all connections without success. Internet is working fine.

@rgud  Could I have you restart the modem, please? I understand there aren't any issues with the internet but due to the way the service information is transmitted, resetting the modem can sometimes repair access issues. What channels are they so that I can verify the issue isn't a Music Choice problem.

I reset the modem and still getting the error message on "Disco Hits" The other station I couldn't access was "Disco Pride". It is currently playing Christmas music and seems to be working.

Thanks for letting us know the steps you've tried to resolve this issue. Are you experiencing issues with any other apps as well?
