Multiview not working.

I have only seen this Multiview feature work once, during the NCAA basketball tournament in March. We are now in the fall. Every Saturday and Sunday there are multiple live sporting events that show up as part of Multiview. Every time I try to access it I get the "No Programs Available at this Time" message. Even though there are multiple live events airing at that time. My TV even shows a box labeled "Multiview" with a picture of teams playing at that very moment. Is this something Xfinity actually has up and running on a regular basis? Or is this a technology that Xfinity can't really get up and running, and they don't want to admit it?
