Msnbc keeps going down

At least twice a week, I switch on msnbc and just see a black screen with the loading dots. All other stations are fine. I have to restart my box to get it back. This is the only channel which presents this issue. My cables are fine and all other channels work perfectly. Something on Comcast's end has to be the problem as other people have also had this issue. Surprising since it is a Comcast owned station.
