Have there been any troubleshooting steps you've tried on your own like unplugging the Xfinity cable box power cord from the back of the box for 30 seconds and plugging it back in? Or if you're streaming your cable services, have you tried doing a hard reboot on your modem by unplugging the power cable from the back of the modem and plugging it back in?
After 6 hours, the station came back. I did try all of the troubleshooting options that I usually use when I first noticed that it was not working. That did not solve the issue. The station just came back on its own.
