MSNBC channel 818

MSNBC channel 818 repeatedly only work half the time! It’s so frustrating! I contact Customer service regularly and have been given very small amounts of credit however the problem has not been resolved! Error message is XRE-03059 .... “try again in a few minutes”
Help!!!!

That’s a tuning error. Either something is impeding the channel or the signal for it is right on the line and fluctuating just enough to work and not work. Remove any extra splitters to gain signal, tighten your cables and possibly have a tech out. Box restarts/refreshes aren’t a fix

Thank you! This is a big inconvenience for us! Your colleagues have sent signals to reset the box on several occasions however MSNBC only works 50% of the time!
