Movie Ratings When You Press the Remote Info Button

Greetings,

When watching a movie,  I press the remote button that shows the movie information on the half-screen at the bottom, the time, movie rating (PG etc), language (ENG) and the "CC" icon are displayed on the right.

Underneath those, there are icons such as a bucket of popcorn with approval ratings such as 87% next to it. There are several other icons with ratings that sometimes appear in this area.

What do the popcorn and the other the icons represent and where do those percentage approval ratings come from?
