I definitely understand wanting to get the picture glitching/no picture concern resolved, I know if I was in your shoes I would be reaching out as well.
- When you're experiencing these issues is it on a set-top box, if so is it happening on multiple?
- Is this happening when viewing on the Xfinity Stream App, or when logged into xfinity.com/stream?
- Does this happen only on live TV, or do you notice it during DVR recordings or watching On Demand content as well?
