Most programming all in Spanish

Why are all my movie stations playing in Spanglish for the last two to three weeks? Changing the language settings on the box makes no difference. Several restarts of the box makes no difference. Even movies which clearly show ENG only when clicking the information icon are still in Spanglish.

Hello, @user_16784f. Thank you for your post and for bringing this to our attention. I understand your content is coming in Spanish, and you've already checked the language settings. I can certainly understand how this would be frustrating. To confirm, did you use the SAP button on the remote to switch options? Can you also check the accessibility settings to ensure the video description is set to OFF? Let me know any updates and data you find.
