Most all channels are missing from channel lineup

I have the 200+ and most of those channels are missing outside of home. Was working fine hours ago. Can't watch much when I'm away. What changed?

Trying to sign into any individual channel apps on Roku yields this message:

This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service.

To add it to your service, upgrade now.

I can't access AMC, Travel, History, or basically any other channel on Roku even though they're part of my package. The only channels showing up on my account under "My Channel Lineup" are the absolute basics that anyone can get with an HD antenna and the premium channels I pay for. Even Nickelodeon didn't come up under the lineup.

I can still watch all of these channels through my set top box at home.

I'm still missing a bunch of channels as well. I can watch them live, but I cannot set a recording without getting a non-subscribed error. And, of course, the recordings I've set previous to the outage for these "non-subscribed channels" are getting cancelled as well.

I am having a same problem and I was told twice over 2 days that I would have a call back from a more skilled person. I am still waiting!

I have had the same issue since Friday night. Comcast technician informed me today that there are pockets of areas in the U.S. that are having the problem. No fix, yet.

I think things are back to normal. I tried recording programs on ESPN and Hallmark and everything seems to be fine. I hope things stay this way. All my channels are back, on-line on a laptop, in the app on my phone, and well as with the guide on a set-top box.

Added xfinity 10+ to my subscription yesterday morning.  24 hours later, no channels appear in the app or on my PC (xfinity.com/stream).  In the last 24 hours, have had 2 tickets opened.  The first, someone was supposed to be in touch within 4 hours.  No word.  2nd 'priority' ticket -was assigned and I was supposed to hear from someone within an hour, which has now passed.

@judynewman Also, modem has been rebooted at least three times. I have stopped counting.
