MLB Extra Innings

I purchased MLB Extra Innings two days ago, but none of the channels are visible. Instructions say to speak MLB extra innings into the voice remote but nothing comes up. The forums are full of comments with people unable to access MLB extra innings but no solutions. Any answers?
