MLB Extra Innings Renewal
Last year, I ordered MLB Extra Innings. I do not want it this year. Does this have auto renewal? Thanks.

Hello, @user_dec194, this is a great question! We totally understand wanting to keep yourself covered from unexpected charges on your bill. While auto renewal is a convenience to some, it may be stressful to others. Luckily, we're here to help. Allow me to shed some light on the subject.
We do indeed have an auto-renewal process for select PPV sports packages. Any customers in the Central and West Divisions who subscribed to last year's MLB Extra Innings, NHL Center Ice or NBA League Pass packages should be notified that their subscription will be auto-renewed this year, unless they decide to opt out of that renewal. With auto-renewal, customers who order any PPV sports package will automatically receive the package the following year and every year thereafter.
When auto-renewed, customers will always receive the best pricing for that particular sports package with an easy four-installment payment plan. In addition, 30 days prior to the start of every new season, past-year subscribers will be sent a letter that notifies them that they are being auto-renewed. This letter also informs them that they can cancel the sports package or opt out of auto-renewal by contacting us up to 30 days after the charge for the purchase of the package appears on their billing statement to get a full refund.
So, if you haven't received a notification or letter, you should be in the clear. If you're unsure, we can always check on this for you! Simply to send us a private message with your full name and address to get started.
