mlb extra innings - always broadcasts the channel of the opposing team instead of my favorite team
I have a favorite team selected. Rather than recording my favorite team's channel, it always broadcasts the channel of the team playing against my favorite team, regardless of whether my favorite team is at home or on the road. I'm assuming this is a problem in the Xfinity programming system but this is the second year in a row that it's been a problem. So, I have to go in all the time and manually record the game on my favorite team's own channel and delete the automatically recorded program. Comcast, why won't you fix this issue???

Hello! Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity
Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I am paying $35.00 extra a month on a fixed income to see all the Giant's games in the Portland, OR area. I should be able to schedule "live" games on the Giant's channel 3024 for recording and expect to get them recorded. Instead, I either have to be home to switch to Giant's announcing from the Sports app, or switch to 3024, or I have to watch the other team's recorded game when I get home. When is this going to be fixed???
