Xfinity did this last year as well. I don't think MLB Extra Innings includes spring training, except maybe for the games played in major league ballparks just before the regular season starts, so they're not saying anything until later in March.

@user_4a4858 Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Xfinity Community Forums about the MLB Extra Innings package for the 2023 season!

The 2023 season begins March 30, 2023, but we’ll be sales-ready on March 23, 2023 so keep an eye out at our MLB Extra Innings homepage for details. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

@XfinityShaina If it includes mlb.tv access as it says it does - we'd be able to watch spring training all of March - why don't you just take our money so we can get access to the things you don't have to support?  The regular season starts March 30, but spring training is being broadcast in many local markets, which makes it available on mlb.tv.

@XfinityShaina Hello, do you have any information about pricing for 2023 MLB Extra Innings w/Xfinity? Can you confirm that once again purchasing MLB Extra Innings w/Xfinity will also include MLB.TV at no charge?

T-Mobile offers mlb.tv for free for its cell service customers. Unless you really need to watch games on a full-size TV, mlb.tv is just as good as Extra Innings.
