Hello Xfinity-Now that pitchers and catchers have reported to training camps do you have any information to share regarding the 2024 Extra Innings package?

I called yesterday to cancel the monthly recurrent payment, I prefer the one time payment option via debit card. I was told this wasn't possible to do? I'm currently not subscribed past the free trial. 

Instead of calling in, this should be an option on the web site under the accounts tab like I did with DirecTV. Why isn't this available?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Yesterday I subscribed to the Extra Innings package by clicking on the screen and accepting the charges in four installments. I watched parts of a couple games, then I tried to link to the MLB.tv account, and it found no record of my subscription. Today I tried to watch a game on the package and got the same popup telling me I can watch the game if I subscribe. I haven't clicked it again because I fear being double charged. What a mess.

I live in north Florida, and until today, was able to watch the Tampa Bay Rays via Bally Sports South - which is no longer available to Xfinity subscribers.  If I subscribe to Extra Innings via Xfinity, will the Rays games be blacked out to me?  Or, asked another way, how can I find out which MLB teams are blacked out to me based on my geographic location?  Thanks.
