Missing Sports Package channels
I upgraded my TV to include the Sports Package and received confirmation via email. The sports package channels are missing. I spoke with a representative who said my box needed updating and twice worked to update the box. The representative was supposed to call back but didn't. How do I get the sports package channels to appear on the TV?
